At E H Therapy Clinic, we provide a safe and supportive space for young people who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, school or college pressure, family difficulties, low confidence, identity concerns or emotional overwhelm. Our approach is gentle, culturally sensitive and tailored to each young person’s needs.
E H Therapy Clinic supports young people through one-to-one support, group workshops, psychoeducation and creative therapeutic approaches
Our Tree of Life Workshops help young people explore their identity, culture, strengths, support networks, hopes and future goals in a creative and safe way. The workshops encourage confidence, connection and self-expression, helping young people recognise their strengths and feel more hopeful about the future.
Our Exam Stress Workshops support young people to understand and manage the pressure that can come with exams, studying and expectations. Sessions may include practical coping strategies, breathing techniques, grounding tools, confidence-building and ways to manage worry, panic and stress.
Our Psychoeducational Workshops help young people learn more about mental health, emotions, trauma, anxiety, stress, sleep, confidence, relationships and coping skills. These sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive and interactive, helping young people understand themselves and feel less alone.
Some young people may need a private space to talk through what they are experiencing. Our one-to-one youth supportoffers gentle emotional wellbeing support for young people who may find group settings difficult or who need more focused support with anxiety, trauma, stress, confidence, family difficulties or emotional regulation.
Student Therapy at EH Therapy Clinic provides a supportive and confidential space for students to manage academic pressure, stress, and emotional challenges. Our approach helps students build resilience, improve wellbeing, and develop effective coping strategies to navigate both education and personal life with confidence.
E H Therapy Clinic works with colleges, community groups and organisations to provide emotional wellbeing support, therapeutic workshops, psychoeducation and one-to-one sessions for young people. We can support groups with topics such as exam stress, anxiety, trauma awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, identity and mental health stigma.
