About Us
Mission and Vision
At *E H Therapy Clinic*, our vision is to create a trusted therapeutic space where people affected by trauma, trafficking, forced displacement, abuse, and emotional distress can feel safe, understood, and supported.
Our Vision
At *E H Therapy Clinic*, our vision is to create a trusted therapeutic space where people affected by trauma, trafficking, forced displacement, abuse, and emotional distress can feel safe, understood, and supported.
We believe that every person deserves access to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care, especially those who may have been silenced, overlooked, or made vulnerable through their life experiences.
We also recognise the importance of language in therapy. Being able to speak in your first language can help clients feel more comfortable, understood, and emotionally safe. Where possible, we support clients to access counselling in their own language, allowing them to express their feelings, memories, and experiences with greater clarity and confidence.
Our vision is to support healing, restore dignity, and help individuals reconnect with their sense of identity, strength, and hope for the future.
Our Mission
E H Therapy Clinic’s mission is to provide safe, ethical, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy, supervision and specialist reports. The clinic supports adults, young people, asylum seekers, refugees, survivors of trafficking, Albanian-speaking clients, vulnerable people and professionals.
Our mission is to provide high-quality psychological therapy, clinical supervision, psychoeducation, and professional support rooted in compassion, safety, respect, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice.
We are committed to supporting asylum seekers, refugees, survivors of trafficking, vulnerable adults, young people, and individuals affected by complex trauma. We aim to offer a calm and empowering space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace, develop coping strategies, and begin the process of recovery.
We are particularly mindful that many clients find it easier to speak about painful or personal experiences in their first language. At E H Therapy Clinic, we value the role of language, culture, and identity in therapy, and we aim to make support as accessible and meaningful as possible.
Through our therapeutic work, we seek to:
Support people affected by trauma, exploitation, displacement, and abuse
Provide culturally sensitive therapy for individuals from diverse backgrounds
Offer counselling in clients’ first language where possible
Offer specialist support for asylum seekers, refugees, and survivors of trafficking
Promote emotional safety, stabilisation, confidence, and long-term recovery
Provide clinical supervision that supports safe, reflective, and ethical practice
Deliver psychoeducational workshops and mental health training for individuals, groups, and professionals
Work with compassion, professionalism, and respect for each person’s unique story
At *E H Therapy Clinic*, our mission is to walk alongside people with care and understanding, helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move towards healing and a more hopeful future.
